  1. All those who are now living in the "Belly of the Beast" they helped create, kinda seems poetic…doesn't it? Karma anyone.
Continue the witch trials amongst yourselves, such good entertainment.

  2. I really hate that this happened and would feel worse for her IF she didn't herself join in other twitter mobs herself against other people for equally benign stuff. Of all of her supposed sins, that is the one she glossed over and it is the only one that matters. Why does it only become wrong and horrible when it happens to you? It was always wrong! It was wrong to everyone you did it to. They went through similar stuff that you are going through and YOU DID THAT TO THEM. Judge not lest ye be judged yourself…quite literal in this case.

  3. It upsets me that Lindsay doesn't have a good therapist to help her through this. If someone dismissed what you're going through, they are a shitty therapist, period.

I know what an exhausting and emotionally draining process it is to audition therapists especially when you're in the middle of a crisis but I promise there are so many good ones out there who would be able to help. Please find the help that you deserve!!

If anyone has recommendations, please post them below.

  4. Honestly as a minority women I loved the nuance in your videos especially the one on class in TV. You always came across genuine to me. Let the haters hate I love your content and it’s great quality/well researched 🥰

  5. The entire campaign to cancel her can only be described as the most bad faith, opportunistic, sleazy and disingenuous accusations from the worst low-ranking bottom-feeding incels from the four corners of the internet.
Not one accusation from her can be described in good faith, it was never about social reform or redressing an issue, it wasn't about social justice: it was 100% a bunch of pathetic, old, low socially ranking men who were threatened by A Visible Woman on the Left who was experiencing a visible amount of success and needed to shut her down, utterly pathetic and I'm glad she's still alright.

  6. Never underestimate the value of growing up. Like Churchill didn't say. ‘If you’re not a liberal when you’re 25, you have no heart. If you’re not a conservative by the time you’re 35, you have no brain.’

  7. "I don't like it when people come after me. I want them to go after Ben Shapiro, because I don't like him, so it's fine when it happens to him."

Lindsay, you're garbage. You're a self-righteous hypocrite. You're being eaten by the monster you helped create. And the best part: no one would know who you are if Doug Walker hadn't made you famous in the first place.

  8. Find it strange she declares herself a Maoist with no trace of irony. What happened to her is Maoism in praxis… they call it a “struggle session.” Good on her for not capitulating to the mob by offering the requisite “self criticism.”

  9. Also Im no Ben Shaprio fan AT ALL but its pretty maddening to hear them have this discussion, and then take a break to do to him what Lindsay is complaining about.
The self awareness is staggeringly absent. "Do it to him! He deserves it! He likes it! Not me!" Come on.

  10. Lindsay is brave and strong in keeping up the fight but it's clear it was a harrowing experience for her. Bad faith outrage mobs are the cancer of the internet.

  11. I don't think the person looses credibility from the audience. I mean, it depends, but people who like to see you will keep seeing you, because we know it was a weird cancellation thing that happens nowadays that not necessarily has to do with what you really are.

But I believe you get exhausted and looses pleasure of doing content… But it's also something of self-esteem, because we who know this was rubbish still trust you.

But you are right that a proportion of people do believe this, and maybe loose trust in you. It's just not everyone.

  12. Chelsea rambles too much way too much. I don't need long intros when I clicked on the TITLE. Love your ideas, love your style. Can you also put time stamps in the description.

  13. I love Lindsay's work and have since the Channel Awesome days, but I'm not sure I would describe her work as politically neutral, especially as she points out, by Youtube standards. We don't deserve online content of her quality.
